Regional Revison
All your revision should be on three levels:
Skills (basic information)
Paragraphs (Primary, Secondary and Tertiary activities in a region) or (you are told to describe or account for the development of a particular activity)
Further study of topics such as EU expansion, the role of culture etc.
Basic Information:
The types and definitions of each type of region with known examples.
A map of Europe with either member states of the EU (and the year they joined) or particular types of region to identify.
Sketch maps of each region with relevant information such as:
Sketch maps should be reasonably accurate, titled, framed, labeled or denoted with a key and clear.
Detailed study of each region:
The regions we studied were:
Ireland: Core: The Greater Dublin Area
Periphery: The West of Ireland
Europe (not Ireland)
Core: Paris Basin - France
Periphery: The Mezzogiorno, Italy
Subcontinental: India
For each region you should know:
By knowing these details you should have details for a sketch map AND details that can be used as explained SRP's for any of the economic activities paragraphs.
